Background

Anthony Harper acts for liquidators pursuing claims against two individuals for alleged breaches of directors' duties. We were instructed to prepare and file the claim, including the affidavit of initial disclosure required under the new High Court Rules.

The claim has now been filed in the High Court, seeking more than $500,000. A total of 318 key documents were identified and relied on to support the pleadings.
