Scoping document provided to aid with extraction of document files on the client's end. Due to the subject matter of the dispute being relevant to several ongoing projects, this led to an initial extraction of approximately 204,000 documents.
Following the application of further key word searches, email threading and de-duplication filtering, the set to be reviewed was reduced to approximately 48,000 documents.
Approximately 3,000 relevant documents (including those legally privileged and confidential) listed in accordance with the High Court Rules listing requirements and an affidavit prepared accordingly.
The sworn affidavit and separate zip folders containing the open and privileged set of documents compiled and provided to the instructed solicitor for filing and service.
